Bhopal. The Shahjahanabad police of the capital have arrested a youth who had come to Bhopal from Shajapur to work as a laborer, who started committing theft incidents because of not getting work. The accused first stole a cattle along with three two wheelers. After the complaint, the police arrested the accused Ashfaq on the basis of CCTV footage.has been arrested. The accused had stolen vehicles from
